The following GTC apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Roveraglobal.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding online catalog. You can initially add products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process.
By clicking the ,,Review Order“  button, you submit a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately by e-mail after submitting the order.
We accept your offer either by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or by immediately processing the payment. The purchase contract is thus concluded.
The timing of the payment transaction depends on the payment method selected (see “Payment”).
The relevant alternative depends on which of the above events occurs first.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC in text form. The contract text can be viewed in our customer login.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery Options:
The delivery of our products is exclusively digital, e.g., via e-mail or download link. Collection or delivery via physical means, e.g., to parcel stations, is not possible.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices applicable at the time of order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately upon submitting the order.
Shop Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Shopify Payments, you must be registered with Shop Pay, have a valid payment method stored, and confirm the payment authorization. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submitting the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
UnionPay
If you select UnionPay as the payment method, the payment transaction is processed through the payment service provider UnionPay International Co., Ltd. You will be redirected to the UnionPay website to authorize the payment. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submitting the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Bancontact
If you select Bancontact as the payment method, the payment transaction is processed through the payment service provider Bancontact Payconiq Company NV/SA, Rue d’Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium. You will be redirected to Bancontact to authorize the payment. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submitting the order. eps Transfer
If you select eps transfer as the payment method, the payment transaction is processed via eps-Überweisung (Electronic Payment Standard) through your participating Austrian bank. You will be redirected to your bank’s online banking environment to authorize the payment. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submitting the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate yourself with your credentials, and confirm the payment authorization. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submitting the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay activated, authenticate yourself with your credentials, and confirm the payment authorization. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after submitting the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
6.1 Statutory Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found for each product and on special information pages in the online shop.
Customer Service: Our support is available Monday to Friday. We respond within 24 hours. Please note: digital products cannot be taken back after download, so check everything carefully beforehand!
7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
